On the first day we are waiting you form 15:00 hours !

On the last day you have to leave the house free up to  10:00  hours the latest !

Bookings of less than 7 nights: 50% of the weekly rate, if the amount is less, then 100 %.

Value of the contractual penalty: We deduct from the amount paid,
 
 
              30 days before arrival the contractual penalty is 70%.
 
              Between 8 days before arrival the penalty is 80%.
 
              From 7 days before arrival the contractual penalty is 100%
